1. What we deliver
QuickLeads provides digital services such as website design and development, software development, configuration, technical consultation and related support. Unless a written order specifically states otherwise, we do not sell or ship physical products.
2. Delivery method
Depending on the agreed project, deliverables may be provided by deployment to an agreed hosting account, secure file transfer, source-code repository, email link, remote demonstration or handover session. Access credentials and confidential files should be shared using a reasonably secure method agreed by the parties.
3. Delivery timelines
Estimated start dates, milestones and delivery dates are set out in the written proposal or project agreement. Work normally begins after the agreed initial payment has been confirmed and the required content, specifications and access have been supplied. Timelines may change if requirements change, approvals or information are delayed, or a third-party provider experiences an outage or delay. We will communicate material changes where reasonably possible.
4. Customer review and acceptance
You are responsible for reviewing deliverables and notifying us promptly of any material mismatch with the agreed scope. Any testing, revision, acceptance or warranty period is defined in the project agreement. New features or changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
5. Hosting, domains and third-party services
Domain registration, hosting, paid plugins, APIs, licenses, email services and other third-party charges are included only if expressly stated in the proposal. Such services may be subject to separate provider terms, availability, geographic restrictions and fees. We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by providers outside our reasonable control.
6. International customers
Services are delivered electronically and can generally be provided remotely to customers in supported locations, subject to applicable laws, sanctions, payment-provider restrictions and the terms of the agreed project. No customs or physical shipping charges apply to purely digital deliverables. Any applicable taxes or bank/payment-provider fees are addressed in the proposal, invoice and applicable law.
7. Physical delivery exceptions
If a particular agreement expressly includes a physical item, the written agreement will specify the shipping method, costs, destination restrictions and estimated delivery dates. Unless that agreement says otherwise, no physical shipment is promised by this policy.
8. Delivery issues and support
If a download link, deployment or handover does not work, contact us with your project reference and a description of the issue. We will investigate and, where the issue falls within the agreed scope, take reasonable steps to provide access or correct the delivery problem. Support and maintenance after handover are included only where agreed in writing.
