2. About our services
QuickLeads provides website design and development, software development and related technical services as described on the website or in an individual proposal. The exact deliverables, features, integrations, timeline, support scope and acceptance criteria are determined by the written proposal, order confirmation or project agreement accepted by both parties.
3. Quotes, pricing and taxes
Website content and indicative prices, if any, are for general information and are not a binding offer unless expressly stated. Before work begins, we will confirm the applicable scope, price, payment milestones, currency and any recurring charges in writing. Taxes, duties, bank fees or currency-conversion charges may apply depending on your location, the transaction and applicable law. Unless expressly stated, your bank or card issuer determines any exchange rate and foreign-transaction fee. You are responsible for taxes legally payable by you; we will handle taxes we are legally required to collect or remit.
4. Orders and payment
A project is accepted only after we confirm it in writing. We may require an advance, milestone payment or full payment as specified in the agreed proposal or invoice. Payments may be offered through third-party providers such as Razorpay. You must provide accurate billing and contact information and be authorised to use the selected payment method. An order is not treated as paid until the payment provider confirms successful payment. We do not ask you to share your card PIN, CVV, banking password or UPI PIN with us.
5. International payments
International payment methods and currencies are subject to availability, payment-provider approval, supported countries and currencies, issuer authorisation, fraud checks and applicable law. A displayed foreign-currency amount or conversion may be calculated by the payment provider or card issuer. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees. We cannot guarantee that every international card or payment will be accepted. Razorpay is an independent payment service provider and is not the provider of our development services.
6. Delivery and client responsibilities
Services are generally delivered digitally, such as through a website deployment, repository, files, credentials transfer or remote handover, as agreed in writing. You must provide accurate requirements, content, approvals, access and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing information, third-party services or changes requested after approval may affect delivery dates and costs. Details are set out in our Service Delivery Policy.
7. Changes, support and third parties
Work outside the agreed scope, including additional features, revisions, maintenance or third-party subscription fees, may require a separate quote. We do not control third-party hosting, domains, APIs, software, app stores, payment networks or external platforms, and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability or future compatibility.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation requests and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific written project agreement. Please review those terms before making a payment. Any refund remains subject to applicable law, the work already performed, third-party charges where relevant, and the terms disclosed for the order.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content, branding and original materials on this website belong to or are licensed to QuickLeads. Ownership and licensing of client-specific deliverables, source code, third-party components and pre-existing tools will be defined in the project agreement. You must have the rights needed to provide us with any content, images, data or materials you ask us to use.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use our website or services for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, malware, unauthorised access, harassment or any activity prohibited by applicable law or the relevant third-party service terms. We may suspend work or access where reasonably necessary to address a security, legal or payment risk.
11. Disclaimers and liability
We will perform agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement and to the extent permitted by law, this informational website is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use; liability for paid work is governed by the applicable project agreement and law.
12. Privacy and payment-provider terms
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. When you use a third-party payment method, you may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms, privacy notice, verification checks and payment rules.
13. Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first using the contact page so we can try to resolve any concern. These terms are subject to the laws applicable to the business operating QuickLeads and the transaction. Before publication, the business owner must confirm and insert the correct registered business identity and governing-law/jurisdiction details for their circumstances; nothing here removes mandatory rights available under applicable law.
